If we’re looking at our positioning in the marketplace, when we’re standing out, we’re separating from the next recruiter. What happens is that your market now starts to value and view you as an authority and when you’re an authority you can usually get more retained work more exclusives or at the very least you get the respect that you need from your clients so you’re not wasting time on searches you never fill in.

You’re not going to waste time on searches you don’t fill because you’re getting people that respect you, not just throwing you another job order like every other recruiter in town.

The second way will increase revenue. It will generate more demand for you because you’re not growing your business based on 100% hustle and we’re going to use some technology and automation to drive your awareness. We’re going to increase your demand and when we increase our demand we can continue to focus on the jobs that are most likely to fill.

The last thing that we do is we focus on more opportunities through showing up across multiple platforms. No recruiting company has ever gotten a client because their marketing efforts are great and it doesn’t make them higher right away.

Ultimately, what’s going to happen as a result of all of that is it’s going to allow you to focus your efforts on more revenue driving activity.

That’s the beauty of automation. Sometimes it’s over-thought or people will think that automation makes you seem less human but in reality automation allows you to have more time for more human interactions that are important.
