Recruit Like Jim

Since I graduated college I have been a self-employed entreprenuer so I don’t get hit up by recruiters often.

My only experience working with a recruiter was when I was recruited in college football.

In this video I talk about my experience being recruited by Jim Mastro.

Jim Mastro was the recruiting coordinator for the University of Nevada when I attended there and he is now a member of the coaching staff for the University of Oregon.

Coach Mastro has a reputation as one of the best recruiters in the country as well as being one of the best running back coaches in the country.

I think the way Jim handles recruiting players is all something we can learn from.
