I had a great time interviewing my friend Aakash Goel.
Aakash is the founder of Enginehire, a technology platform provider for staffing companies and recruiters.
He is an engineer by training and got into recruiting when he launched an online platform to help young engineers find jobs. As the platform grew and he continued to build staffing technology, he thought the same platform could be used by other recruiters in other industries, and that became Enginehire.
Enginehire helps transforms recruiters into recruitment platforms, with partners in everything from global health (thrivehire.co), to pharmacists (pharmashyft.co), to students mowing lawns (localstudent.ca).
His goal is to power recruiters and staffing companies with the technology to offer their candidates and clients a seamless end to end experience that saves everyone time and money, and establishes them as the go to platform in their domain!
