The Relevant Recruiter Method

I get asked a lot about what exactly it is that I do for my clients.

In this video the relevant recruiter method, I go over my strategic method to help my clients attract their ideal prospects.

Here are the core components of the relevant recruiter method.

Relevancy – You need to be Relevant to your market. In this stage we work on putting together your digital strategy and your funnel.

Leverage – Social media platforms are a gold mine for finding prospects. LinkedIn is the most powerful when it comes to finding clients and candidates. This is the stage where we leverage LinkedIn to begin relationships with our ideal prospects.

Distribution – This is where we distribute content across multiple platforms to our small pond that we have created. We need to be top of mind when our clients and candidates need arises and the best way to do that is to be everywhere.

Confidence – This is where we build deeper connections and become authentic and transparent about the way you do business. We take someone from being a complete stranger to know like and trust you, to ultimately having enough confidence to work with you.

Profit – This is the result of the Relevant Recruiter method.
