Donnie walked on to the University of Nevada football team with no scholarship and no guarantees. He was handed jersey number 103.
He earned his roster spot, then a real number. He finished his career as Special Teams Player of the Year, and with a line from Hall of Fame coach Chris Ault that still drives everything he builds: nobody gave you a thing.
From the field to business, and back
After football, Donnie built and scaled businesses and spent years coaching entrepreneurs. The same pattern showed up everywhere: the people who won were not always the most talented. They were the ones who could control what happened in their head when it counted.
He became a certified hypnotherapist to learn how to change that at the subconscious level. Then he built it into a system.
The Primal Drive Identity OS
The Primal Drive Identity OS is Donnie’s 90-day program. It gives athletes a game-day identity they can switch on, control over their nervous system, and routines they can run under pressure. It is not therapy and it is not sports psychology talk. It is a set of plays.
